Submissions Now Open for the 6th Annual Indie Series Awards

As of today (October 15), entries are now being accepted for the 6th Annual Indie Series Awards (#ISA6). The ISAs celebrate the best in independently produced, scripted entertainment created for the Web. Series that aired (or will air) 3 or more original episodes during calendar year 2014 (January 1, 2014-December 31, 2014) are eligible to submit at indieseriesawards.com.

"The move to North Hollywood for the 5th Annual ISAs was a huge success this year," said Indie Series Award founder Roger Newcomb of New Comb Interactive (NCI, formerly known as We Love Soaps LLC). "We want to make the Indie Series Awards bigger and better each year, and continue to support the talented group of indie creators that have inspired us since the beginning."

"This is a very exciting day for us," said Kevin Mulcahy Jr., director of the Indie Series Network (ISN). "As as official launch the ISA6 calendar, we want to continue building on the exciting momentum created during ISA5."

Joining Newcomb and Mulcahy on the production team is Susan Bernhardt, who masterfully helped facilitate the ISAs move from New York to Los Angeles during its fifth year.

From now until November 30, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. ET, producers that enter their web series will receive a discounted submission fee. Entries will continue to be taken during the month of December at the regular price. No submissions will be accepted after December 31, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Nominations will be announced on February 4, 2015, during a special episode of Serial Scoop Now, a new entertainment web series from NCI.

The ceremony is tentatively scheduled for April 1, 2015. Look for an announcement about the venue in the coming weeks.
