Kristolyn Lloyd & Gina Rodriguez Star in ‘I Love Lucy & Bekka'

Kristolyn Lloyd and Gina Rodriguez star as Lucy and Bekka.

Written and created by Rachael Holder, the new web series I Love Lucy & Bekka stars Kristolyn Lloyd (The Bold and the Beautiful) and Golden Globe winner Gina Rodriguez (Jane The Virgin). The show premiered in February with 12 episodes ranging from 1 to 3 minutes each.

Lucy & Bekka have been roommates and best friends since the beginning of their twenties. They are so close that they finish each other's sandwiches. The show features their random conversations on a variety of topics from summer plans to porn.

Holder is a writer in New York. She likes weirdos that are aspirational, extra ketchup, and watching episodes of BBC's Pulling and Bravo's Vanderpump Rules. She received her MFA from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. In 2014, she was a finalist in NBCUniversal's Emerging Writer's Fellowship. Her play, "Dead Fish" had a successful run at HERE Arts in Soho.
